I have reached Dar Es Salaam after three months since i left Cape Town on the 26 March 2011.

Cycle for Hope: As an extension of my life-long personal vision to contribute to development I challenge myself to cycle 22000 km from Cape Town to London,a psychical and mental endurance. With 26 years of experience in marketing and draws directly on my passion for bicycling and a firm belief in the potential of people to change the direction of their lives. The challege has been conceptualized to fit the mission and the needs in the communities it will serve.
